Justin Pennington
Justin founded Infraxio on a simple conviction: the businesses that win are the ones whose people use technology as part of their craft, not as a burden handed down by IT. He has spent his career on the operator side of that line — running companies, implementing the systems they run on, and living in the results.
That is why Infraxio builds and runs its own software. IFX Hub, Growth7, IFX Bid, and DockOps all started as answers to problems Justin was solving for a real client or for Infraxio itself, and every one of them is in production today. When he tells a client what a system should do, it is because he has already made it do that somewhere else.
Day to day he leads architecture and client strategy for the Infraxio team, stays hands-on in the code alongside them, and holds every engagement to the same standard: the system has to run the business, the client's team has to adopt it, and the numbers have to move.

A founding member of the Infraxio team, Mark handles internal coordination across every engagement. He turns approved scope into a plan the team can execute — sequencing the technical work, keeping developers and designers aligned on what ships when, tracking progress across projects, and clearing blockers before they cost a day. When a deliverable lands clean and on time, he's the reason.

Business Development
The relationship builder who opens doors most people can't find. Mincy leads business development, with a focus on government contracts — cultivating partnerships, navigating public-sector procurement and the bid process, and connecting Infraxio with the decision-makers who move projects forward. The Jacksonville Daily Record named him one of its ten 2026 Trailblazer Award winners.

Vick brings over fifteen years of marketing experience to every account he runs — email and social, billboards and guerilla campaigns, and everything in between.
